Board of Assessors

The Milan Board of Assessors consists of three members pursuant to the provisions of State & Local Law; each member is elected by the Town for a term of four years and is required to be certified. Vacancies are filled by appointment for remainder the un-expired term.

The Assessor's Office Prepares, Files and Maintains Milan’s Property Records which includes, Tax exemption Records.

Tentative Roll Filed – May 1st, 2008
