In accordance with SEQRA, public hearings for the Carvel Property Development DEIS shall take place.

The schedule of pubic comment sessions are as follows:

1. February 6, 2008 - 7:00 PM at the Stissing Mountain High School, Route 199, Pine Plains, New York. (Alternate date if there is inclement weather: February 7, 7:00 PM, Stissing Mountain High School). The first part of this meeting will include a presentation by the applicant, followed by time for public comment.

2. February 29, 2008 - 7:00 PM at the Stissing Mountain High School, Route 199, Pine Plains, New York. (Alternate date if there is inclement weather: March 7, 7:00 PM, Milan Town Hall)

3. March 6, 2008 - 5:00 pm at the Milan Town Hall. The first part of this

meeting will be oriented to issues relating to local emergency service

providers, highways, and other involved and interested agencies and then

will be followed at 7:00 PM with a presentation focused on the project area in Milan by the applicant and then time for comments from the generalMilan Town Hall)

4. March 12, 2008 - 7:00 PM at the Stissing Mountain High School, Route 199, Pine Plains, New York. (Alternate date if there is inclement weather: March 13, 7:00 PM, Stissing Mountain High School)

Written comments will also be accepted by the Planning Board, postmarked by April 2, 2008 or hand delivered to the Town Clerk until 1:00 pm at the Town of Pine Plains Town Hall on April 2, 2008. --
